The brief
Make a creative studio feel alive without a single stock image — using motion and real footage scrubbed to scroll, while keeping the page reliable and fast on a Next.js build.
An original concept project. Brand and content created for the build.
Approach
How I built it
Stitched and re-encoded footage as all-intra so it scrubs frame-accurately under GSAP/Lenis, after diagnosing the all-intra encode gotcha.
Scroll-scrubbed two figure/hands videos into the hero and the systems section so the content reveals itself as you move.
Set a navy-black base with lilac / sakura / cyan accents for a cyber-botanical mood.
Built on Next.js with GSAP + Lenis, keeping the heavy media controlled and reduced-motion safe.
